Project Overview

This project was a complete rebranding of a private club into "The Finger Lakes Region's newest year-round meeting & event center featuring 4,500 square feet of meeting and event space."


The project involved every aspect of a new venture, beginning with a brand-focused name, logo design, and continuing down to a turn-key lead development that would be required to become fully operational.

Redirection of the Project

As a result of the market changes brought on by COVID, the project was re-evaluated, and the facility will be going in a different direction due to those changes. The name LOCK 27 will remain associated with the facility in the future due to the strong brand appeal.
